Tom is prompt, accountable, and very knowledgeable about what he does. You can tell you are working with the owner of the company, not an employee that could care less about your home and/or property. We have always been so pleased with our carpets after Tom has cleaned them. The fact that he’s easy to work with and very personable is the cherry on top.

Tom is the owner/operator with Alpine and he's wonderful. He's willing to share his years of knowledge about carpet and upholstery and keeping them clean/or reducing stains . He's been cleaning my carpets for years, always on time and very pleasant. Does a great job.

I have been using Alpine Carpets for over 20 years. It is an owner operated business so that Tom is the only one who comes to clean. In that way it is a very reliable service. When I have problems with carpet stains he advises me how to take care of them. He always does a very thorough job and my carpets always look new after he leaves. Last time he cleaned a living room, family room, four bedrooms, stairs and 3 chairs.

He is very reliable. He follows through with things. We had a flood in June, and my parents used him to clean the carpet that was affected by the water damage. He's as good as anyone else I've had do it.
