We called for a repair and had a repairman here the following morning. The gentleman was very pleasant, to the point, and knowledgable. He pinpointed and handled our heater issue within about 10 minutes. He explained everything in a way I understood and told us we could call anytime, but I'm confident that the issue has been resolved! The price was very reasonable, and I will be calling for any future needs!

I was given a number from my landlord to contact Lisa to arrange the installation. I called Lisa and left a message, but she never called me back. The guy showed up at our house and he was really rude. My husband was leaving and asked him to use the back door to enter and exit. The guy responded "Duh, you mean the way I have been going in and out the whole time?" He was also very mean to my 17 old daughter. When Lisa never called me back, he apparently was waiting outside our house for someone to get there. I asked my daughter to leave the pool and go let him in and when she did he was very mean about her making him wait! We were never called to let us know he was there. The furnace is now making knocking sounds so I have to have them back out. He did do a fair job of cleaning up after himself and the outside unit was installed well.
