I thought that I received a thorough furnace checkup. Also I thought that I received honest information and was not sold anything unnecessary like needing a new unit though mine is quite old. It still functions quite well and was built quite well so age alone was not a big factor. I personally think that the quality of new equipment like furnaces and appliances is not as high as the quality that once was. So I am pleased that these folks and an appliance repairman here recently agree with me.
