They're usually busy and they tell you you go to like a store and you wait in line because they've had enough check out. They're polite, it's just lower service I suppose and if there are problems, I don't know if they're restricted on what they can do or it's just intended to be that way.

It's cheaper because of the bundle system and you get points and it helps you get cheaper phones. It gets better service. I think it's a better deal than most company's. They have better business hours also.

I switched all my phones to them from Verizon a few years ago and I have been happy with them.
