They worked efficiently, and they pointed out a couple small oil leaks that would need to be fixed as a preventative maintenance item. They gave me an estimate for fixing them if I wasn't able to get the dealership to fix them, and said that the cost of the inspection could be credited toward the repairs if I had them done at Tuffy's.

These guys saved my life. If I had not brought in my van for inspection I would have lost all control of my steering assembly. They fixed it right away, and gave me a loaner so I could finish my errands rather then wait.
My van is driving very well, and I will always trust Tuffy's to do right by my van.
They try to upsell, but know that it is not always financially available for me to accept the extras services such as oil change and transmission flush. When I have the money I will return for the service of an oil change.

They are reasonable, but beware. They have been known to "cause" other problems to get you to come back for further work!!!

They were very good. I didn't compare their prices but my guess is that they are a little higher than some of the littler places but they are cheaper than the dealer.
