we are a small family owned business that has been in the cedar valley since 1975. We have 4 full time employees which includes 2 tech's and 2 counter/sales people. All of our service is done on site, we do not sub-contract any work. Pick up & delivery is available cost depends on where you live.

They checked out my riding mower that was 37-years-old that wouldn't start.  When the bill was going to rise from 30 dollars to 200 dollars just to see what was wrong with the mower, the tech at the Sled Shed called me and asked if he should go further.  I told him no.  I looked at mowers at their shop but they were all to big but the tech gave me a lot of advice and what to watch out for when buying a new riding mower.  I ended buying a mower somewhere else, very local to me.  I did buy a new made in America Ariens snow thrower .  Great help, good prices, and great atmosphere.  You can't go wrong at the Sled Shed on Burton in Waterloo, IA
