Carpet Cleaning
We were pleased with him. The price was fair. We loved the carpets after they were cleaned. He was prompt. I would recommend him. He was professional to interact with and answered my questions.

Carpet Cleaning
We woke up to raw sewage in the basement. After receiving my call and taking all the information, the receptionist contacted the workmen to arrange the job. Called back to say they couldn't get to our sewer backup today and that we should attempt to find another cleaner. Their punctual call-back and concern for our immdiate need was so much appreciated. They could have promised to come knowing it was doubtful there would be time in their already full schedule, but they didn't. Refreshing honesty and concern. I'll definitely call them again - hope I never need to.
