Walking in it is very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. They offer you water or other drinks including wine, which we did not try. Paperwork to fill out is pretty standard, then they take you back to a locker room, which was very clean and quiet. During the massage it was very quiet which was good, and appropriate questions were asked at the beginning. I was falling asleep and snoring so apparently it was pretty good. I really came in for some neck problems and didn't feel she worked the neck enough at the end, which is why I gave a B instead of an A.

The session went very well. Carol uses Reiki therapy which has somewhat of a spiritual aspect to it. Carol discusses the session with you after she has completed the massage. It felt extremely relaxed and refreshed after the session and was amazed at what Carol felt as she was doing the massage. I will definitely be going back to her in the future!
