Terrible! I had already started hand digging the trench myself. He ripped up the front flower bed and railroad ties that were in place. And although he had a hand type trencher, he used his tractor and ripped up our lawn, leaving a big hole in the lawn where he obviously kept turning with his tractor. Then he did a horrible job of back filling the trench and he left dirt and mud all over the lawn. So there I was with a bare patch/hole in my lawn, the trench he dug with the tractor that was hardly back filled, the trench that I had originally dug myself (expecting him to use that... seemed pretty obvious), and then my front lawn and flower bed in shambles.
