Left a message with the office on Saturday morning but did not expect to get service until Tuesday as Monday was a holiday. However, that afternoon, Mr. Edwards personally stopped by, had the water heater turned on in two minutes, and refused to send a bill. It was very considerate of Mr. Edwards to come by on what was probably his day off.

The gentleman was very nice and talked to me about a few items or potential future concerns related to my furnace and associated plumbing. Service itself did not take long to complete and was reasonably priced compared to other providers. Biggest issue was that I waited 9 weeks before receiving the service, and I had to do the follow-ups to check the status of where I was located on the list. I have struggled in the past getting the same business to answer or return phone calls.

Workmanship was excellent, professional & experienced. He cam in & went right to work, & although it took him longer to fix than he first anticipated he did not charge us extra for his additional time.
