Called to schedule an appointment for an inspection. The woman who answered took my name, address, phone number, and the nature of the problem. She stated I would receive a call back within the next business day to schedule a date and time. Never received that call.

Very professional and helpful. The price reflects the recent service (called Exclusion) plus additional Exclusion in a year plus the first quarter of pest control for a large home and an additional 30 x 40 ft building The price was steep for me but the service warranted it. My Minnesota friend had the Terminix Exclusion only and paid $1,000. The price is based on the house's footprint. Her house is tall with a small footprint and my house is a ranch that spreads out plus I have the additional building.

It has been okay. I pay a yearly amount and they come whenever I need them or call them. I don't know if I will use them in the future. The previous owners has trouble with termites and they used Terminix. I'm not sure they would have been my first call but I kept them.

Everything turned out well. We have a yearly deal with them and they do about four seasonal sprayings. The thing I do like is the technician, David. He is very good. He always lets me know when they are going to come and he is always prompt. He always comes when he is asked. If there are any other concerns or problems he will come out and do that. One time we had some rat problems and that was kind of scary, but they took care of that. We also had some ants and they took care of that as well.

The man who services our house is always the same person and I appreciate that. We have had this service long enough that he remembers where our problem areas are. He is well-trained an sprays wherever he or we notice spiders or ants. He puts the safety of our family first and always reminds us to stay away from treated ares until dry. He is very nice and always asks if we need anything else before he leaves.

They are prompt, always call a couple of days before they are going to do the spray. You can call and make subsequent appointments if you find something and it all come free of charge. The staff is great.
