As far as I know the security, speaker and coax is all good.  The Ethernet and surround sound were completely wrong.  In our initial quote I wanted Cat6 cable, what was actually installed ended up being Cat5E (a cheaper cable). Fortunately we caught this error before the walls were closed, and I will credit them for fixing the mistake despite attempting to blame us first.  There was also hidden costs involved with the Ethernet.  We were told a price to run the cable, we then pointed out where we wanted outlets and cable was run.  Then a bill came back for way over what we had planned on, when asked why the quote and the bill were different they mentioned that in addition to the price to run the cable it was an additional price per outlet to actually terminate the cable.  This was never told to us and we would have not had so many outlets.  Fortunately we were able to settle that issue as well and just had wall blanks put in instead of terminated cable to some of the rooms.  Last screw up was the surround sound.  I wanted wire to terminate on the wall behind where the TV's were going, run up the ceiling and down the back wall for a 7.1 system.  Instead, they ran wire from the walls in the TV room, through the ceiling and terminated in another room where it is absolutely useless unless we pay an additional $2,000 for them to install a receiver, speakers, IR blasters and a long HDMI cable instead of the much simpler system I already own.
Would not recommend.
