Seldom have I been as pleased with home repair work as I am with this company's. Their crew did a wonderful job, were courteous, careful, and accommodating throughout, did excellent work, and finished the entire job in two days. All of you are very efficient and very professional.

They were there when promised, worked long days to get the work done and did a great job of cleaning up after they were finished.

Excellent workmanship. The company was very responsive to a couple minor trim adjustments that I wanted after the job was completed.

Our experience with Right was extremely positive.  They replaced our roof and gutters.  In both cases, they arrived on time and went to work right away.  We were very pleased with the quality of work.  Communication was excellent from the crews (roof and gutters) on the job site.  The original quote up to the actual invoice was spot on.  Both of these jobs needed to be coordinated around the exterior of our entire house being painted.  The attentive and detailed communication from the office in this regard was much appreciated.

It took them 2 trips to finish my downspout - and I finally went to Lowes and got some black drainpipe and finished it myself.  I would call and they would not call me back - finally had to go to their office to see if/when the downspout would get fixed.  They told me that the man in charge of gutter work had a death in the family, so I understood.   This was last year. 

We had a big rain recently and I had water over my gutters in the front of the house - and running into the basement. Since I was happy with the roof, I figured the gutter person must have just been upset with the recent death and trusted that they would be OK now.  I called a week ago asking if they could put in a bigger gutter and downspout on the front of my house - and explained that the water was running into my basement. This did not involve the gutters they had worked on before and I told them that. 

The receptionist said she would have the gutter person call me as soon as he could.  That was a week ago and I have yet to hear from them.  Having experienced the failure to follow up last year this seems to be a consistent ongoing problem. 

I recommended Right Roofing to a neighbor to do their roof.  I said at the time that I would not have them do any gutter work.  And when I did the recommendation I had yet to complete my downspout evolution.   With this recent experience I would not recommend them for anything. 

I called another company and they have already been out to do an estimate for my gutter.  I realize that they may be really busy due to the recent rain, but at least they responded.

From beginning to end the experience was positive ... the representative came when promised, he answered all my questions, an email estimate was promptly sent and the repairs were made as agreed upon. 

The best part was that I believed the job would be much bigger and much more expensive. Even though I identified what I thought needed to be done, the representative had a much different perspective and was certain the problem could be repaired in less time and for far less than I expected. That was refreshing!

Extremely professional and efficient operation. The crew foreman contacted us by phone to discuss venting options (bathroom vent). All cleanup and shingling completed in one (1) day. Foreman also explained there was a 50%-50% chance that the DISH service may be interrupted - but it was fine after they removed and reattached the dish. It was raining lightly in the afternoon but the crew had the critical roof sections sealed off by the time it began raining.
The owner, Ryan Johnson, put us at ease the moment we met him and we hired Right Roofing as soon as he completed the explanation of their services, guarantee, etc. We were impressed that Ryan had a prepared list of houses in our Urbandale area that Right had completed.  We were able to visit many of these houses to view shingle colors prior to ordering.
We would not hesitate to hire them again - or serve as a reference for anyone looking for a roofer.

Ryan Johnson, the owner, showed up when he said he would to examine my property and give me a work estimate. His price was good and his reputation was solid so I accepted his bid. From that moment on he and his office staff worked with me on times and materials and kept me apprised of dates for everything to be done in the earliest time frame possible. His roofing crew and siding crews were both always on time and performed top-quality work and cleaned up at the end of every work day. Additionally, they installed 14 windows and 2 sliding glass doors and did an excellent job with each and every one.
Everything was done in a timely and professional manner and my wife and I could not be more pleased. I highly recommend Right Roofing and Siding as the go-to company for roofing, siding and window installation.

The team did a great job with fixing the leak in one visit; even using existing shingles and matching the color of the siding they replaced on the chimney. The crew also did a great job cleaning up the work site. The area of improvement for this company is in billing. We received a bill that listed out each of the items for which we were being charged, but the costs were not itemized. Only a total was provided. They also charge 3% for using your credit card. Those are the reasons I gave them a B on price.
