Brad Neal and Gabe Mitchell are very good and very thorough.  They take the stress out of being a landlord.  If I have questions they always have an answer.  If my tenants have an issue they work to make sure its resolved to their satisfaction.  They also worked with any utilities issues and housing associations to make sure everything was done right.

Renting through them is great.  When we've had repair/fixes/etc. we usually get a response immediately.  We've only had one case where it seemed they "forgot" us.  This was due to communication and they quickly resolved it when it came to their attention.
