 + -1 moreBrad Neal and Gabe Mitchell are very good and very thorough. They take the stress out of being a landlord. If I have questions they always have an answer. If my tenants have an issue they work to make sure its resolved to their satisfaction. They also worked with any utilities issues and housing associations to make sure everything was done right.
Description of Work: They do everything. Qualify tenants, monitor tenants, handle problems that come. If the tenant has an issue it's resolved and I'm always in the loop and informed about what's going on or what needs to be done. I wouldn't be a landlord without them.

 + -1 moreRenting through them is great. When we've had repair/fixes/etc. we usually get a response immediately. We've only had one case where it seemed they "forgot" us. This was due to communication and they quickly resolved it when it came to their attention.
