My hot water heater pilot would not stay lit. I had already replaced the thermo coupling but no success. Rick Thompson arrived in the morning expecting a relatively simple repair for the day. Instead, as it turned out, my hot water heater was on its last legs. Instead of telling me he'd be back another day, Rick decided that this needed to fixed that day to not leave me with another cold shower. Not much on the water cooperated, but within a few hours, Rick had the new water heater up and running. All the work was exceptionally professionally done and Rick could not have been more friendly or professional himself. On top of that, his price was EXCEPTIONAL! Rick is a general handyman and I would (and already have) recommend using Rick for anything you need done around the home. The price above includes parts and labor.
