Very professional and easy to work with. Easy to schedule repairs and took care of arranging a rental car. Worked well with insurance company. Job completed when promised. Vehicle was immaculate when I pick it up. Would definitely use them again for auto body work.

I was able to make an appointment that worked with my schedule. Since I had an appointment, I was able to get right in and out. Since I do not live in Des Moines, I had to wait while my car was being fixed. They had a nice waiting area for my short stay.

I really appreciated the respect I was shown as I am an older, single woman. The manager of the repair center was good at asking questions to narrow down my concerns.
