Shawn came out the first time I called to give me an estimate.

With in a weeks time two men came to install the flooring I one day.

very pleasant hard working men.

They explained about differences in the carpets and the price. They explained all the details between the carpets.

The owner came to my house to measure for carpet. Brought his young son with him. It was difficult to converse with him as I would have had he arrived alone, and I doubt he was able to pay full attention to what he was doing either. I believe this was the root of the subsequent problems. Didn't send me a quote until a week later. The quote was just a number - no details included. He didn't list the specific carpet name, didn't say what pad he was including, and didn't give a layout for the carpet. Although I called and discussed the details over the phone, being assured the product I wanted would be installed as I wanted, this was not done. The installers, who were not provided with enough carpet to lay it as we discussed it would be, they tried to position it with a seam across the room that didn't need to be there had enough carpet been ordered for the layout we discussed. I stopped the installation, called Premier to complain. Although it was ultimately agreed that enough carpet would be supplied to do the job as discussed, this agreement wasn't reached until after some degree of arguing about Premier's responsibility to do the job they agreed to do. There was a delay of a few days while more carpet was shipped, and I was happy with the end result. Although I did end up with the carpet I wanted installed as I wanted, I won't use them again due to the attitude I got when I complained. I was treated as though what they were doing was good enough even though it wasn't what we originally agreed to. I never got an apology for their mistake and the delay in the installation or for the attitude I encountered on the phone from the owner.

I was extremely pleased with the overall experience.
