Rick arrived on time, and was extremely pleasant to work with.  He quickly sprayed the interior, then the clouds started to roll in, and we determined it would not be in either of our best interest if he sprayed the outside pending the oncoming rain.  So, he came back later in the week and sprayed the exterior.  90 day guarantee. Very professional. I would definitely recommend.

Bought Groupon over the weekend and had 2 messages Monday morning at 7:30 with a number to call.  Set up appointment for Wednesday (2 days later) and they showed up on time as promised.  Very polite, thorough, and respectful of everything inside and outside of the house.

Purchased an Angie's list big deal for this service on the weekend. Provider called first thing Monday morning to schedule a day and time to come out. Technician showed up on time, explained what he would do. Services are guaranteed for 90 days. Told me if it rained they would come back and redo the outside. Also if we continue to see ants after 2 weeks to call them and they will return. Great service!

Prompt call back to get an appointment scheduled. On the day of the appointment they were on time to the minute! Very friendly and professional. Plus, their thoroughness and product is superior. I rarely see more than a very occasional spider in between twice a year sprayings. Will definitely continue to use them and recommend them to others!

They were very good. There was one time when we had a mouse and they came out immediately. They set up the trap and they checked every day until they got the mouse. I'd definitely rate them highly.

I have been using Peterson Pest for 17 years. They come twice a year and spray inside the house and out. I have a one-story home with basement. I pay around $85 each time. That also covers calls in between appointments if necessary. For example, they've come back for honey bees, wasps, and mice at no additional charge. Also, if it rains too soon after they spray, they come back and spray outside again. No additional charge. They call me to set up my appointments which is nice as I don't have to remember to do that. They are prompt, courteous, and professional. The timing is perfect, too. I see my first spider of the season and about two days later they call to set up my appointment! I just can't say enough good things about Peterson. I am so pleased. I recommend them to all my friends.
