My issues with this vendor were:
1) them trying to collect final payment before the job was completed
2) adding a cost (sales tax) which was not in their bid or mentioned.
3) other than calling the wholesaler (Renaissance) they did nothing but pick up two checks from us.
I would not use them again as I feel there is a trust issue.
