Went very smoothly. They showed up when they said they would for both the estimate, and the actual work. Around 35 square of mosaic backsplash. He told us what kind of grout to pick out, and what kind of caulking to get. They showed up around 9:30 in the morning, and had the tile put down by 3pm. One of them came back the next day to do the grout. He cleaned up after himself, and overall we are very happy with the job. Only reason for a B in Quality is there are a few small imperfections that probably only I will notice.

The Owner Scott called me back immediately and gave me an estimate within 1 day of request. He arrived on time and completed install the first day and on the second day, completed the grout and caulking. He did an awesome job and is very clean when doing the work. You can tell he has a lot of pride in his work. I will now use him for all my tile install needs.
