Instead of the butt ends of the boards being flat, they are rolled. The quality of the tongue and groove is really off. Normally I would use a pneumatic nailer to nail it down, but we had to use a hammer and nail and pre-drill each nail. The quality we actually received was not what we were sold on the phone. We put one floor down in our bedroom and had no problem at all. This came from the same company, but this floor we got is just crap. I don?t know how else to describe it. The company is now non-responsive to our complaint and won?t help us. It took 19 days to get in touch with their customer service the first time we did.
Description of Work: I purchased hardwood flooring over the phone. We had to give a deposit over the phone. The flooring was shipped to a location where we had to pick it up. It was more than 200 miles roundtrip to get it. My wife and I installed it.

If uninstalled, LL will accept back all uninstalled material, however our policies are clear on installed product deemed “accepted”, and the invoice, warranty, and installation instructions all clearly note that product concerns observed as product comes out of the box should be communicated to LL Customer Care or the local store immediately before correction – Installation is deemed acceptance.
