We had gotten a few estimates and he was much less expensive than two other contractors. He is happy to explain the different options and what the best choice would be in his opinion. I would not want to use anyone besides Joe for our heating/air conditioning repairs or replacements. He was punctual and did exactly as he said he would.

He went above and beyond to find hard to find parts on a Saturday-- knowing the ins and outs of his business to get them expedited at a still reasonable cost. He was amazing.
