Description of Work: Set an appointment to come install a sink and toilet. Greg never showed, never called. When we finally got ahold of him he said he got stuck with watching someone's kids. When we asked when he could come out he said he didn't know. Sometime next week. He would give us a call. If this is how you handle your appointments I can't imagine how you handle the work!

+ -1 moreIf you can't take one minute of your time to return a customers phone call, then you should not advertise your service.
Description of Work: Made numerous phone calls to get an estimate for a natural gas water heater installation . Left many messages. No one ever returned my call. I finally called DDS. They got the job and did great work too!
