I was expecting a fairly large expense when I took the vacuum in for repair. I was pleasantly surprised. I brought the vacuum in and the lady at the desk, very polite, said it would be about a week. The next day I got a call and was told that it was fixed. I was pleasantly surprised that they only charged me $12! There was something clogging the wheel brush, so they fixed that and put on a new belt. Picked up the vacuum the next day, again was checked out by a very friendly and professional cashier.
