Our company was founded on and pioneered the 24-hour service model, and we've built our company and reputation on this model over the last 15 years. Our service turnaround is absolutely guaranteed. Our failure was in communicating and setting your expectations up front. Our guaranteed turnaround is Monday through Friday. Your computer was checked in Saturday, so your guaranteed repair date was the following Monday. While we met our turnaround, it is still a failure on our part for failing to communicate with you, and I deeply apologize for our shortcoming. Your repair was done about 4.5 years ago in June 2013, which was a time that we were training a new service manager who's responsible for communication with our customers, so our service wasn't quite up to our normal standards. As our guarantee promises, if we fail to meet our 24-hour turnaround we'll provide you with a gift card. I'll be mailing you another gift card today to be sure you got one. I'd love for you to give us another opportunity to impress you!"

- We had some concerns that our laptops security had been compromised. We took them to they guys at Dymin Systems to see if they could tell us if we had anything to be worried about. They called us the next day to let us know they were ready to be picked up. After arriving the guys told us everything looked ok other than the day to day nonsense you pick up while online. They did go above and beyond explaining better ways for us to protect ourselves. I left there feeling confident our laptops were not compromised and I felt comfortable coming back to them with any issues in the future. I'll recommend them to our friends and family when they need any sort of computer help.

In checking our records, I see the only service work we've done for you was back in July 2013, where we attempted to recover data from your faulty hard drive that you had not backed up. The hard drive was too damaged to recover data from, but we had your computer fixed and back to you with a new hard drive and new Windows software right away. "This customer did do business with us for quite some time, yes. We never had an issue with him personally, but we needed to respectfully decline to accept his business because it simply wasn’t profitable for us to work with him. Honestly, it never was profitable for us, but we graciously accepted his enthusiasm for our company despite the troubles. Despite our best efforts, he consistently required 2 hours of collective attention from our staff for every one hour we can legitimately bill for, and continuing a business relationship wasn’t good for either side. We made the decision to part ways, but I don't think that was communicated the best to him at the time. The customer is very nice, and always has been, it just became a matter of responsibility for us in running and keeping a profitable business."
