Dunlap Construction Inc. prides ourselves on our work that we provide. Big and small jobs. Dunlap Construction is a local family owned business. We offer quality construction and remodeling services at reasonable prices. Because we are a small business, we are not in a rush to get as many projects done in as short a time as possible. We will focus our time and attention on giving you exactly what you want. Recommendations are how we get almost all of our business, so we will do everything possible to make sure that you are completely satisfied. When we work with you on an estimate, you will receive honesty and respect, not a sales pitch. We will listen to your ideas and come up with a plan that will fit into your budget, without making you feel pressured. We believe in treating our customers how we would want to be treated. We use top of the line products for all the aspects of the renovation which sometimes may cost a little more upfront but will last the homeowner a lot longer. Saving them time and money in the long run.

Dan Dunlap listened to our ideas, made suggestions, and addressed our concerns. He provided a proposal and bid within 48 hours. His proposal was specific about the start and completion dates and how he intended to complete the job. We also added some skylights on our existing roof, new windows and some siding.
Dan and his building partner Ben handled the building permit, arranged for an electrical subcontractor, and started the project on the agreed upon date. They explained to me everything they did every step of the way. They cleaned up everyday and hauled away their own trash. They finished the job very nearly on the date they had said they would.
These guys are sensitive to how intrusive a project like ours can be on a homeowner, and always were respectful and courteous.The quality of their work in all aspects was superb and the finished job was even better than we had hoped for. I trusted them both to take care of my home, and they did.
Dunlap Construction did a quality job for a reasonable price. I can't tell you how many times they said "We aren't happy unless you're happy". My wife and I are very happy.
In the beginning of the project they were just professionals we had hired to do a job, but by completion we considered them friends. Rest assured I highly recommend Dunlap construction Inc. and would use them again.
