He came to do a perusal of the situation and then sent an email proposal for the work. His price was medium range, as my husband was expecting to pay less, and I was expecting to pay more. Once we agreed on the work, we sent 1/2 the cost to him so that he could purchase materials. He came when he promised and constantly checked up on his workers. It took one day to remove the deck, a day to reposition the lawn sprinklers, and about a week to build the new deck. In the middle of the work, he asked about the possibility of installing lighting, which we agreed would add ambience. Due to weather, the lighting was held up, but will be completed soon. He was ALWAYS communicating with us about the project, and OFTEN on site to maintain the integrity of the work. His wife even helped stain the deck. All in all, we are VERY pleased with the deck and would recommend dreams2reality HIGHLY! (One note: the workmen always cleaned up thoroughly after each day. Very impressive!)
