During our yearly furnace inspection, we were told that the humidifier attached to our furnace was no longer functional. We submitted a claim through our home warranty, and Appliance Plus was dispatched to provide the service. They showed up during the given 2 hour window, performed the service promptly, and the repair person was friendly and courteous. Would use again for other appliance service.

I called this company when my ice maker on my refrigerator was broken. The gentleman who called me was very polite and very knowledgeable and brought to my attention that since the refrigerator was not yet one year old, there should be a warranty on it and he did not want to invalidate my warranty by looking at it. I had not even thought of that until he mentioned it. I then contacted Sears where I had purchased the refrigerator and the ice maker was replaced by Sears some 2-3 weeks later. They had to completely install a new ice maker. I really appreciated the fact that the gentleman I spoke with from Appliance Plus mentioned the warranty; I will certainly call him again if and when I need service on any of my large appliances.

I called and set up an appointment, they couldn't get me in for a week. When they arrived I was a few minutes late so they left without calling and asking if I was on my way, just left me a note. They were rude when I called him back, however they came right away. They ordered the part I needed, advised to fix a pipe and they would install the part when the pipe was fixed. A week later they got the part in, called and scheduled an appointment and had it installed in 20 minutes.
Their face to face personality is much better then their phone personality. I would use them again without hesitation. They handled me pretty well being stressed out when a family doesn't have a washer and they didn't complain about the cat smell in the old basement. They're good men and get my vote.

One night my refrigerator started leaking water all over my floor. I called my home warranty company who gave me the contact information for another company. That company wouldn't come for another 5 days, so I called my home warranty company back and they gave me contact information for Appliance Plus. He came out and provided a diagnosis of the problem. Because it was the icemaker that was causing the problem, he said it probably wouldn't be covered by home warranty, so I had a heads up that it would be an out of pocket expense. The water dispenser was also causing an issue. He said he could also repair that and quoted me a price of around $325, I think. He said it would take a couple days to get parts in and he'd call when he had them. Two days later he called to say he had the parts and came over to do the repair. It didn't take him very long at all and he cleaned up after himself. The water dispenser actually needed two parts and the other part was $60. This wasn't in the original quote, but he said he would stick with the original quote and didn't charge me for the second part, since he didn't see it would need two when he made the estimate.
It was very easy to work with this company. They were quick, priced right and very professional. I would hire them again to do any other repair with my appliances.

The experience was good. The price was just under $100.00 since I had to pay for a new icemaker. They couldn't repair it. I don't remember when they actually came out. It must have been summer because I remember that I had to wait to gather up the funds so I was buying sacks of ice to store in the freezer. I love ice in my drink. It worked for a little while and then it didn't work anymore. The guy came back out and put some kind of a different tube in because he said sometimes the water intake connection would freeze before it could get to the ice. It's been working perfectly since then. Their price was reasonable. It could have been much worse.
