I hired 1st Craftsman carpentry owned by Tom Ballard last July on 2015. Tom got my deposit and promised to do my fence in 10 days. Its has been 3 months now and no fence has been installed. He gives different excuses. Some his excuses were 1. Material did not arrive on time. 2. Wrong material was delivered. 3.Some parts lacking and 4.He told me that he got the materials from a local distributor but when I called them there was no order for materials made by him or his company. I demanded a refund but for weeks now but he won't return my money. He doesn't even have the courtesy to respond to calls and texts.
