They did a good job. I would recommend them and I would use them again. The communication was fine and we had no issues. They did not try to use take disadvantage of us.

Tom's Plumbing and Heating are very good. We've used them in the past, for more heating and air conditioning work, including re-routing of our HVAC. They're professional and have reasonable prices. They complete a job on time. They have good follow through. They do a good job. They're also honest. Our furnace is very old, but they told us, "You don't have to replace it. It's still working." Not every company would do that.
