The Van Man

The Van Man was very professional and fair. Our sofa sleeper was too big to fit down our split staircase in the basement, but he tried every possible angle and was very careful during the process. It wasn't his fault that it didn't fit and he even reduced his price even after working very hard to get it down there. He removed the feet, part of the door, tried various angles, etc. He moved some of our other furniture to the basement as well. I appreciated him being very careful not to bump walls and he put forth his best effort and time, yet still gave us a discount because the sofa sleeper was too big to fit. He even helped us to move the sofa sleeper to a location out of our living room (to make room for new furniture) and helped to put everything back together to prepare it for sale. I would absolutely call him again due to his professionalism; hard work; and fairness. I've already referred him to a family member!

Roger was very professional and communicated with us the details of this project. He took care with the items he was moving and our home.
