Vaccinations and routine check up were great, the staff and vet are very helpful, polite and on time.
For my cat with other issues, she's been having symptoms since I got her from the shelter a couple of years ago that are getting worst despite the treatment given by the previous vet. Dr Felps came with the possible diagnosis of food allergy and we started the treatment. She is getting better but I know and he also warned me that would take months to be able to see a difference on some of the symptoms, specially because most of her symptoms are mild. I am overall pleased with his services and will keep him as the vet for my pets.

I switched to Dr. Felz after my cat was in final stages of kidney failure. Rollie was too far gone for Dr. Felz to be able to help him much but he was so kind and compassionate. He even wanted to know what type of food Rollie liked and offered to run to the grocery store to get it for him. I learned that day that there was other options for kidney failure other then what my previous vet had told me. None of course would cure the cat, but he certainly could of lived longer.
Since that day I have taken my remaining cat, along with 2 new adopted cats from the local shelter to him. He is a very knowledgeable vet and wonderful to work with. He always tells me that I can call him at home anytime, while I try not to take him up on that, it's nice to know that if any of my cats have a medical concern I can call him. The staff at the clinic is great as well!
And if you adopt a pet from a shelter the first office visit is free!

Our pets were adopted from a shelter so they didn't charge for the initial visit, which was wonderful. They are very personal veterinarians and they are locally owned. He gets down on the floor with the dogs. He is kind, considerate and compassionate. He listens to our needs and concerns. I will be using them again tomorrow.
