the team that installed the windows did a decent job.  they were in and out in a day.  however a few days after they left my husband noticed the siding must have been cut wrong because there was exposed insulation around a couple of the windows.  so i called and he said he would send someone out to look at it.  a couple weeks later they came out and basically said our new windows were smaller then our old ones and so the siding wasn't long enough and hence the gaps and really there wasn't much they could do about it unless we had extra siding laying around, which of course we did not.  and i really didn't understand there reasoning, it seems like the siding was just cut too short.  then we had some foginess in another window, i thought it was just dirt but then realized it was a defect in the window pane.  i again called a few times and finally received a call back, then another few weeks went by when someone finally came and looked at. said they would have a replacement pane in a couple weeks.  a month or so  later and some additional calls and they came out to fix it.  the installer said well they ordered the wrong pane/sash so i went ahead and installed the new one but we have to order the correct one this time.  it is now january and and a few months later and i am still waiting to hear back from them on getting the correct pane fixed!  i would never use them again their customer service is the worst!  the owner even admitted on the phone the last time i talked to him (a couple months ago) that his customer service is horrible!  and i sure don't remember that in the sales pitch.  do not use this company unless you never want to get the problems fixed with their service.
