 + -1 moreTheir expertise kept us from prematurely replacing the heating/AC unit that a less skilled company installed and less skilled companies "fixed" along the way. Prior to finding Loftus, the house was cold/drafty in the winter and now it stays warm and uses significantly less propane (because the heat pump is now able to do its job). Bottom line: I trust Loftus with my heating and AC work. When it's time to replace them, Loftus will be my first call as I know they will do the job correctly the first time. Highly recommended!
Description of Work: They have done repairs for me, upgraded a thermostat, and have gotten our heat pump to work exceptionally.
