There's two acres of lawn to be mowed. He has done it for 15 years. He is just an individual. It's like a second job for him. But he does a fantastic job for me. I never call him. He just automatically comes in here and mows my yard when it needs to be mowed and sends me a bill. It's $105 to do my entire lawn. He trims everything. We have a lot of trees. In November, he had his mulcher blades on for mulching up the leaves. He goes way out of his way. He does my son's lawn as well. I'm yet to hear anybody say anything negative about Jim when I tell them that I have him do my yard. He has picked up many customers, I'm sure, from just referrals. He doesn't have to advertise. His price is reasonable because of the amount of work that he does. He actually fertilizes the yard and puts on chemicals that are environmentally friendly. He does like a baseball diamond cut. He is very particular. His lines are about as straight as you're going to get.
