House Cleaning
ADR has been providing regular cleaning services at our home for over a year, and we thoroughly enjoy having them do so. They arrive promptly on the day of service, and are responsive to email & phone communication/inquiries prior to our appointments.
While at our house, they are very professional, friendly, and efficient. The quality of the cleaning is excellent, and often includes recommendations on how to maintain surfaces (e.g., our original woodwork can become dry so ADR will apply lemon oil as needed).
Before leaving for the day, ADR asks if we feel they have done a good job/if there is anything they have missed. If there ever are issues with an area not being cleaned to our satisfaction, the staff always attempts to "make it right" immediately.
We would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family for housecleaning.
