Yoder Construction replaced the sub floor on my three-season porch. I was having the carpet replaced but when it was pulled up the sub floor was disintegrating. I called numerous contractors but either they didn't do stuff like that or else they didn't have time. Bryan was able to come out over his lunch hour and give me an estimate. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I hired him with the understanding that it could be a few weeks before he'd be able to complete the job. However, he finished his current job a day early and so was able to replace my sub floor that same week! Did a great job and cleaned up everything afterwards. I would highly recommend him for all your construction needs.
