It has been a disaster from the start. I was told from the start it would take 6 weeks and all his ads say 6 weeks for delivery of the building. I wrote the deposit check and ordered the building July 1st 2014. Part of the building showed up August 15th which was 10 weeks after order and one of the semi's wrecked before delivery. The 2nd load made it to my house October 6th and was unloaded by the contractor Carlin with top of the line steel building provided but they did not check the load and what was sent was the exact same as the 1st load so I was sitting on double the 1st load. I didn't think much about it until Thanksgiving came and went and numerous phone calls to Carlin and Todd, with Toddson Construction who was the builder, On when they were going to erect my building which lead to excuse after excuse on why the delays. Finally they both said it would be done by Christmas. I went out to look at the pile of parts and noticed It didn't look right I called Carlin and said all my shed was not here. After him being argumentative he showed up to inventory it and I was right they remade the same parts that delivered back on August 15th. So it was reordered again and the rest showed up Tuesday December 30th and I was told they would start work the day they unloaded it so I went into work late that morning to hang around home and make sure everything showed up. They unloaded the truck and left. Did not return until Friday of that week and worked Friday and Saturday. Now I am sitting here a week later and have not seen anymore progress. I forgot to mention since they had double frames and sidewall sheeting sitting on my property the solution was to fab double everything else and sell it for $5000 less than I had paid for the building. The extra building is still sitting on my property since Carlin didn't set up a forklift to unload it at another location. So in conclusion if you every are in the market for a shed stay away from Carlin and Toddson Constrution they are full of excuse's. Carlin is also sure to let you know that that he just sells buildings the builders do not work for him. Even though both websites for their companies say customer satisfaction guaranteed. Hopefully I will end up with my building complete soon.
