Met with contractor early June, accepted bid and paid deposit on work to be done late July with a tentative later date in early August if weather was particularly bad. As of late October contractor has never contacted us to initate a start date. With repeated calls on our part set two start dates were set in August but the contractor failed to show both times. They also failed to call us to notify us they wouldn't be showing. Failed to reschedule. In response to repeated calls another start date in late September set. Contractor failed to show. Now fails to response to calls and we are preparing to pursue legal means to get our deposit back.
