They were great to work with. Got back to me w/ a quote very fast. We didn't have a lot of money to spend so they worked with us on our options. 1-take the tree down and have them haul away (most expensive) 2- take tree down and cut up into manageable pieces and have us haul away ourselves. We couldn't afford the first option and so we elected to go w/ the 2nd option. He also worked with us since it was a nice big healthy walnut tree and he took the base of the tree for part of the payment, saving us $1500!! They put the tree into managable piles in our yard, which took me forever to haul out to the tree dump, but it saved us lots of money to do that work ourselves. A couple other tree companies that I contacted would not take the base as part of the payment and they couldn't get to the tree for 2-3 weeks, putting me into colder weather :( Jerry's had the tree down w/in the week of me giving them the OK to get it down. They had the work done in 2 days. (It was a HUGE tree, and rain dampened the first day of working for them. I was very pleased with their work!! Very nice guy to work with.

They were professional and did the job quickly. I plan on having them do some more tree trimming for me in the future.
