He came out to the ramp himself to do the measuring and take pictures. He then personally picked it up for us and it was in within a week. He allowed us to park in their lot and use their electricity for a few days while it was getting done. The employees are so sweet. When we were leaving we ran out of the power so the workers went and got us a new battery and then returned it when it was another problem.
