The job went great they showed up at 730 in the morning and where done around 5 with complete tear off and install. They provided all the materials and had there own dump trailers for the waste. When they where complete they ran a magnet around and cleaned out my gutters. Roof looks great and would highly recommend them

It went good. I wish I wouldn't have had an issue to start with, but he came out and took care of it.

You also had some ventilation and bat issues I took care of that had nothing to do with the installation of the roof that I also took care of under the warranty for free."

Of course, this is a job dependent on the weather, but once the rain stopped they were at our house within the week and had the house re-roofed in one day. They cleaned up the yard well and came back the next day to get the dumpster. It's been over a month and no leaks, which was a big concern after hearing what some of our neighbors have gone through with other companies. They were very good about returning phone calls both before and after the job to answer questions. As a bonus, they were also the lowest bid.

It went pretty good. The foreman has to come back out to provide the warranty information. As a whole, it was good. They were very responsive after we contacted them for a bid. The only drawback was during the process, they were a little late on getting started and I don’t know if there was just some confusion with his crew or what have you. So they started really late on the first day and it ended up taking the man extra day as oppose to what they had suggested it would take but the crew were very respectful. They cleaned up really well after the job. Over the weekend, the foreman wasn’t around when they finished up and so they ran out some materials and my husband had to go get some parts for the underlayment of the roof. So I kind of felt that he should have been available for that. They were very competitive with the 3 other bids that we received. I would definitely recommend them.
