The inspector was friendly and seemed, at first, to do a good job. But, now that it is summer and I am working on the house, many problems have arisen. At least 4 areas of the eves are rotten. Granted, these were hard to spot because the paint covered them up. But, most of the chalking around the chimney is gone and the flashing was inadequate. This didn't happen in the six months since I purchased the property. He totally missed this. I do not recommend Front Porch Inspection.
