AUTO MEDIC

My wife's car was having issues starting. Took it to Auto - Medic for estimate. They put it on analysis machine and told us the fuel pump was bad. We scheduled to have work done and my wife asked "do you have part in stock?" The answer was yes. We dropped off car at 1:00 p.m. and was told it would be done by 5:00p.m. It was not done by 5:00 p.m. because they did not have fuel pump in stock. We were then told it would be done by 10:00 a.m. the next morning. I finally got called at 1:45 p.m. the next day stating car was done. We picked up the car and have the EXACT same problem as before taking it in (stalls on starting). Only now, we are out $480.00. I called back Auto - Medic and spoke with Mark to let him know we are still having same issues. His comments back: 1 - "You guys are the ones who told us to change fuel pump" - Which is wrong, they diagnosed this. 2 -"Your wife had us stop the analysis, diagnosing problem half way through" - Which is just flat out lie. Basically, they diagnosed, installed fuel pump and we are still having same problem, but are $480.00 poorer.
