It was a good experience.They were going to come out. They knew what size hot water heater that I needed, we covered all of that on the phone. The guy shows up, apparently, it was a busy day for whoever they buy hot water heaters from. So, he sits around doing nothing for an hour or half an hour I'll say. So, of course, when I first got my bill, they charged me for the standing around time. So, I called them and said: "Now look, you guys knew what size water heater I needed and I don't think that I should have to pay for your waiting around time just because she didn't get it delivered.". They took considerable time of my bill. That's why I can give them an overall good mark.There was a little misunderstanding if you will that I'd be willing to pay for stand time. I said if I knew he'd be standing around doing nothing, I could've put him to work, I bought this house a year ago. So, there's things that need to be addressed. I wouldn't have had a problem paying you an hour and a half worth a time if he was doing something. That wasn't communicated to me that he was standing there doing nothing until it was all over with. So, they were really nice about it; they took the time off the bill. They worked with me. They did a fine job. I'm going to give them a B because they didn't organize it well.

They did a great job of getting it installed in a timely manner. I've had Wrenn's come to my hours twice now and was impressed both times. The only thing I didn't like is the service provider did not clean up after himself.

Overall was very satisfied with Wrenns. They were reasonably priced, responsive, and were very detailed in their work and understanding of the work that we needed to be completed. They worked to the specifications we provided, were responsive to all of our questions - even in off hours and via text - and went above and beyond. Very satisfied overall and would recommend and will use them in the future.

Showed up the morning our water heater quit working. Gave me the options & I decided to replace the water heater I had. Probably could have saved money & tried to find the parts for a sears water heater, but 2 days before Christmas I decided to just replace it. He went & got a new one, had to move & re-install my water softner that was right in front of the old heater. I thought he did a good job & finished fairly quick. I will probably use them again.

Good folks these. They showed up when they said they would, job completed when they promised, even bailed me out when something I did went wrong once their work was complete!

Both times they have come out right away and made sure everything was fixed before they left. Their pricing is fair and they are extremely professional. I would use them again.

The job took awhile to get scheduled and callbacks on questions were pretty good and timely. Quotes on little extras seemed absurdly high but I suppose that is to cover them in case something goes wrong. When the job started all progressed well until I had to ask a question or clarify certain details. The crew leader was quite unpleasant to speak with as he would often reply in a way that seem rude or trying to contradict what I believed to be correct. On day two, I had enough and spoke to the lead directly and openly explaining I am totally a novice when it comes to plumbing but since I was the one paying for this, I'd appreciate having my questions answered in a courteous way. Further, if the lead didn't have the answer I definitely would go back to the company or person I got the quote from. The crew lead didn't appreciate the fact I made a list and shared it with his superiors. In the end, the job was completed on time and everything I asked for was done. During the one and half days of work, I would have appreciated better communication from the lead, but my understanding is he generally works on new homes with other contractors and not face to face with homeowners. This is why I gave Wrenn's only a B rating.

They are available when I need them, punctual, clean and within my budget! They have never disappointed me!

Came at the appt time, had the appropriate tools for the job, made suggestions as to how to do the job, stuck to the estimate, did not leave a mess behind. Needed a piece and the owner delivered it instead of the plumber having to leave.

Took less than a few hours to fix the problem(s).

I called them with the basic information about where I purchased the water heater and they took it from there. They handled the warranty replacement with the supplier, installed the new unit, took the old one away and I had hot water again in just a couple of hours. They were just the best - friendly, professional, thorough. I'm very pleased and I'd definitely use them again.

We have used Wrenn's for years (Richou Plumbing before) for small repairs. This time was the most expensive. They made approximately four visits to the house, and charged us for two of the visits at $68 each. We were new to this and did not think about picking out tub nor fixtures. So, Wrenn's brought us industrial strength parts. They did not consult us. Anyway, it turned out OK. We did have to call them back to our house twice to fix small problems in the job; but they responded timely. We do not know the exact hourly rate, but seems it was $60-$68. It all seemed very expensive.
