 + -1 moreOnly problem is you are not able to buy today and take home your new purchase because you have to wait for it to come in from Sioux Falls, which is generally the next day, but when you live an hour away it is not convenient. Suspect that the sales people get paid on commission basis because they almost trample you as you come in the door. Otherwise, we have been happy with our purchases from them.
Description of Work: They have a good assortment of new furniture.

 + -1 moreCustomer service from sales staff good, selection good, store space good, product very very bad!
Description of Work: I bought a large sectional microfiber couch, I had it treated with a stain protector and paid an extra 80.00 for the service. Once it arrived in the store, because it was not in stock I picked it up and brought it home. Weeks later I noticed that the red color was transferring to everything, clothes, bedding, pillows, and anything it came into contact with. When I went back to Unclaimed freight to tell them, they told me I would have to haul the couch back to Sioux Falls if I wanted the money back. Not only that but the fiber on the couch is starting to feel like an old sweater with the little fuzzies, like little balls. I paid 900.00 for a couch that ruins clothes and feels like crap! Do not buy furniture from here because the prices are a little lower then other stores pay the little extra and get more for your money.
