Pinnacle Heating & Cooling

I was so pleased with the service and the quick response. They have great follow up care.

I have AHS that I pay a monthly fee to use and pay a service fee to tech. that comes to my house. When I called and made the appt. with Pinnacle, the lady was nice and set up an appt. for the same day. When the service guy came to my house it was his last call of the day and he had a negative attitude about me being an AHS customer. He did a half job and replaced a valve stem that was broken and claimed my unit was fixed. The air was not cold set on 60 degrees, but I was trying to give him the benefit of the doubt. Well my central air unit froze up again (this happened on Friday) and had to wait until Monday to recall another service call out to Pinnacle. A different service guy came out and he was very nice and did a awesome job checking out and cancelling out things to find exactly what was wrong with my central air unit. He got it fixed and running and could tell a difference right away. He explained what had happened and made sure it worked and that I was satisfied before taking off.

Once we committed to Pinnacle, they were at our home replacing our HVAC system, the next business day. They quickly got our home cooling off which was greatly appreciated. This company is fantastic, they are accommodating, personable, and very good at their specialty. I highly recommend them!
