Description of Work: Sheet rock. One entire wall was wavy. The mud did not match up. There were cracks in it. It was just plain terrible!!

Description of Work: They dried out the walls, ceiling and floors on three levels. We had a plumbing pipe burst overnight and water saturated parts of the bathroom, kitchen and basement. They removed drywall, dried everything out, which took about a week. Then proceeded with replacing the drywall, trim, repainting and repairing damaged areas. The floor in the kitchen was replaced. This company is very thorough and has check and balances, such as a customer care advocate to assist with any issues that may arise. The coordinator, Josh, was very professional, responsive and communicated well as to when each phase would be started and completed. They worked with our insurance adjuster and the whole process was about as pain free for us as any such incident could be.
