For the first couple years I used them things went great. The quality of the work was excellent and they were always there on schedule (except of course if weather caused delays). Then the quality of the work went quickly downhill. They would run a mower around the yard, but always forgot to trim. Frequently they'd also leave every gate wide open. Then they would come day late. By the end it was not uncommon for them to completely skip times they should have come and a few times it was two weeks before they came again. This was not during a time when the grass had stopped growing, so in some cases I had to get out a lawn mower and take care of it myself to avoid the grass getting too long. When they didn't come I would call and they would promise to come, but never seemed to follow through on their promises. In the end the hassle of trying to get them to come was more wasn't worth it.

They would not return my calls.
