large stain on carpet with removal of water heater. Phoned office same day and was told I'd get a call back. 4 days passed, I called back, 1st call ignored and was told I had "wrong number", returned call and left message on business machine. Received a text message from Hope 6days after issue indicating carpet cleaner would be calling. Carpet cleaner provided quality service; however Hope with Moos Plumbing contacted today to discuss payment for necessary work done. Hope was unprofessional, failed to accept responsibility for the damages, explained that due to medical issues in the family they are "dealing with a lot right now", was confrontational about the legitimacy of the ignored phone call one week ago, rather than constructively dealing with the situation or in the very least apologizing for her employees' damages to my home. Hope refused to pay any more than the $60 to the carpet cleaner and we spent over $130 to clean one room and steps, neither of which were intended expenses, as explained to Hope on 3/21. Hope hung up on me as I was attempting to explain what would be fair considering the damages done to my property by her employees. I have never been treated with such disrespect and in professionalism by a business owner and will never return to Moos Plumbing for future services. In addition, I will be sharing this horrible customer service experience on any platform and with anyone who will listen, as this is unacceptable.

I first called our Home Warranty company to find out if the water heater was covered. It was covered with a $75 deductible. Home Warranty suggested, as one of their preferred providers, Moos Plumbing. I hesitated at first because in the past, I've used Jasman Plumbing for my plumbing work. I called Dave at Jasman Plumbing and had to leave him a voice mail. Dave never returned my call, so I called Moos Plumbing. They quickly scheduled my appointment. Moos Plumbing came out the following day and replaced the water heater. They charged me $25 to haul away the old water heater.
The employee did a great job; however, he forgot to turn the water heater on. We didn't find this out until the next day when everyone tried to shower. It was an easy fix! I just turned the dial on the water heater to HOT!

We had these guys out through the warrranty company. We had a loose toilet in the home we had just bought. It would turn and wobble. Guy came out from Moos plumbing took the toilet off and worked on it in record time. Was in a hurry just as all the other companies who work for the home warranty are. We no longer have the home warranty because of this. He made the comment it was a home job he could tell. The toilet is now loose again doing the same thing. I called the company to see if they would come out and look at it and he said we would have to charge us again. Now how many times do you have to continue to have these companies out to fix it right the first time. The man was rude to me on the phone. I said well I will just have to leave an Angies list comment. So he says and quot;are you threatening meand quot;, I am like huh? I guess if you classify that as a threat well then yes I am. I will never call this company again for anything! Very unprofessional!

They were fast, prompt, courteous, and they did a great job! Then my wife changed her mind to make the shower larger. Bill from Moos plumbing here in Sioux City came out the same day and moved the shower knobs for me. Not only was their service great but their prices were economical and I will definately use them again!

I have to use them because I have a home warranty and they said I have to use them. The last service was pretty easy. The amount I pay the warranty company is $60. It is the standard price that I have to pay. They were nice and did the work. I haven't had any problems with the toilet leaking since. He was able to give me advice on my ground water because the way the plumbing was previously before we moved into the house and it rerouted for the ground water to go into the backyard. He gave me pointers on how to connect the two to what I needed to get done so I can fix that problem which was really nice. I have to leave a message with the home warranty people and it took a couple of days to hear from the plumbing people so I don't know if it is the home warranty side or the plumbing side. They were here when they said they would be here. If I was able to choose I would use them again.
